From our home to yours,

In our family, food intolerances aren’t just an abstract idea—they’re part of our everyday life. That’s why we began creating our own baked goods in the first place: out of necessity. 

We know the frustration of trying product after product in the grocery store, dealing with strange ingredients, odd flavors, and weird textures.

We've been irritated with the waste that comes from trying recipe after recipe on the internet giving claiming "just sub..." and finding out the original recipe was never tested with those changes--and we've lost $15 in precious ingredients to the trash bin.

We desire to make life a little easier for anyone facing similar challenges, so we put extra care into making our products genuinely satisfying, truly tasty, and safe for a variety of intolerances.

 

We focus on wholesome ingredients because they matter—to us, to our bodies, and to the flavor of every bite. Whenever possible, we choose organic components, incorporate the natural benefits of sourdough, and use only the highest-quality ingredients to bring depth and warmth to our recipes. Every baked good is our way of turning a personal challenge into something nourishing, thoughtful, and joyfully shareable.
